Kara is the person who most helped me during my pregnancy. She listened to what I said, and most importantly- to what I didn’t say. She gave me confidence– encouraged me to confront my cesarean section, question my caregiver when I had concerns, and she told me to rest postpartum. Many people are practitioners, but Kara is a healer, an inspiration, and a source of strength.
